This work is dedicated to increasing sales of the company. Reviewed the business trappings Trutnov. This business is the production and sale of Christmas ornaments.
The first chapter outlines the theoretical basis of sales analysis. Then describes an enterprise, its history and activities. Using SWOT analysis are identified strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The communication mix elements are described communication. They are then divided by BCG analysis products to life. The last chapter focuses on the proposals and recommendations to the company.
