Zpracování interiérového designového odlitku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhotovit umělecký odlitek dle vlastního návrhu, který má sloužit jako designová dekorace do interiéru. Tato práce vychází z mé vlastní umělecké tvorby, kde kruh dost často používám jako součást mých uměleckých výtvorů. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsán interiér a design, rozebrána technologie modelování 3D v programech, 3D tisk různými materiály a technologie přesného lití. Praktická část popisuje proces výroby odlitku. Jelikož se jedná o model tvořený pomocí 3D modelovacího programu, je zde zachycen proces tvorby virtuálního modelu, jeho následné tisknutí na 3D tiskárně, tvorba voskového modelu, formy a samotné odlévání a opracování odlitku. Celá práce je doplněna fotografickou dokumentací z průběhu tvorby.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to make an artistic casting according to a design I created myself. It is supposed to serve as an interior design decoration. The thesis is based on my own artistic creation, in which I often use circle as a part of my other works of art. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part consists of description of interior and design, analysis of 3D modeling technologies in programs, different material used for 3D printing and investment casting. The practical part describes the process of casting production. As the casting is produced by 3D modeling program, this part contains the process of virtual model production, its subsequent process of printing from a 3D printer, production of a wax mold and a form and the process of casting as such and working of the cast. The thesis is supplemented by photographs from during the production.
