Příprava nebytových prostor k pronájmu

Abstract

The aim of my Bachelor’s thesis is to create an investment goal of a restoration of a building “Dům obchodu a služeb” in Bolatice and rebuild this building into an office building. The thesis includes also a change of inner dispositions and a plan of new constructions so that they suit all required regulations and the space is effectively utilized. Part of my work is also creation of an item budget and pricing of further work. The thesis focuses also on setting a rent and calculation of a return on the investment. Total costs on the restoration are calculated on 1,813,000 Czech crowns and the return on the investment is 2 years.
