Analýza personálních činností ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

This master thesis is focused on the analysis of personnel activities in specific industrial company. In the theoretical part of the master thesis, basic concepts of the given area is considered. Attention is paid to all activites connected with personnel topics. The practical part of the master thesis is studying individual personnel activities related to recruitment of new employees, supported by questionnaire survey. Conclusion of the master thesis is summarizing suggestions and recommendations to hire a new employees and ways how to keep employees in the employment.
