Motivace zaměstnanců v obchodním řetězci

Abstract

In this bachelor thesis I deal with the theme Empoyee Motivation in a Retail Chain. The aim is to find out how to motivate employees selected individual factors. Other objectives are to determine overall satisfaction with employee benefits. In the first part of this thesis explains the theoretical concepts and methods of the survey. Following is a brief characterization of the chain store and conducted research, on the basis of which I have set out their proposals and recommendations for the retail chain.
