Zabezpečování a financování veřejné zeleně ve vybraném městském obvodě

Abstract

The aim is to characterize the assurance of public green areas in the city of Ostrava-Jih and its financing, outline the administration of the greenery in the described circumference and propose solutions to improve their operations.

In the first part of the thesis describes the technical infrastructure and its division in general terms . It is developed concept of operation and development of the infrastructure , industry economics and financing, principles of management in these sectors and further specified sector infrastructure broken down by technical criteria.

The middle chapter describes the management of public green areas in the selected district. Here is the first elected easily described circuit , and then there are the basic information about public green. The following is the actual management of the green and a contract for work that deals with the basic activities of care of the greenery. Conclusion This chapter concludes the annual budget provided by the circuit Ostrava City.

The last chapter is one project of green spaces in Ostrava, which plays an essential role mentioned circuit and there are proposals and evaluation of the situation in the management of public green areas in the district.
