Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the management of the chosen allowance organization in the years 2010-2014, and to provide recommendations for improvement. For the analysisof the selected organization Domov Slunečnice Ostrava, p. o. Allowance organization providing social services such as home for the elderly, special regime homes, and in 2012 provided a social service centers of daily services. Allowance organization in the reporting period shows anything financial problems and her self-sufficiency is around 70%. The only shortcoming is the low number of direct care workers. ...-2903
