Abstract

This thesis describes the effect of dam construction on the operation of Nové Heřminovy telecommunications company Telefonica Czech Republic, a. s.. First, it analyzes the existing network of electronic communications as a result of changes to flood the river Opava. Subsequently, localized sites reloads networks and their range, including cost estimates. Following on the overall flood control in the landscape, I have compiled a study of construction of the network infrastructure of electronic communications, including estimates of investment costs.
