Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the statistical analysis of possibility to reduce the scope of destructive tests. The work is divided into eight chapters. Firstly, the organization for which this thesis was created is described. Theoretical basic is created and measurement system analysis for destructive testing and statistical process control are performed in following chapters. Reduce the scope of testing accompanied by reduced testing costs was proposed on these results.
