Investiční záměr přestavby areálu Junák v Bruntále

Abstract

The goal is to create an investment plan in the redevelopment area Scout Bruntál. It includes a preliminary calculation of costs associated with reconstruction and evaluation of benefits and the need for this investment. It also includes an internal layout of the building, including demolition works, so that better suit the current method of use of buildings, including the rationale behind the proposal. The thesis deals with the selection of a suitable thermal insulation system for the external cladding and roof construction. Total construction costs are estimated at 1.056 million CZK. The payback period is about 13 years. To increase the revenue of the facility operationally separated and set aside for purposes such as rent for office work.
