Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with design of family house and heating system. All normative requirements and requirements determined by legislation of Czech Republic were abide through design itself. In the first part is described concept of building construction. It is two-story single family detached house with hipped roof. The second part deals with the energy performance of building and appropriate design of its heating. The heat pump earth/water with ground collector was chosen as a primary heat source. As a secondary heat source was chosen fireplace insert. Building will be heated by radiators which will be supplemented in some places by heating mat. Bachelor thesis is developed as project documentation for realization of building.
