Abstract

My thesis is focused on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This issue includes responsible behavior of companies in the economic, environmental and social area. First part "Theoretical Analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility" deals with the theoretical interpretation of the social responsibility. Next part explains historical background, stakeholders, the advantages and separately are described all three areas of CSR. The theoretical part contains the description of all phases of the implementation process and there is also part about the development of the concept in the Czech Republic. The aim of my thesis is to convince the TOP management of TEMPO TRAINING & CONSULTING Ltd. (TEMPO), to accept without the proposals or the whole concept of socially responsible activities. In the practical part my task is analyse the social responsibility in TEMPO and consenquential recommendations for TEMPO, what activities could be implemented. One way was also a screening of without the competing business. I think that my thesis could help socially responsible business activities in TEMPO in future.
