Abstract

This diploma thesis describes design and realisation of a tester for visual control of SMD components in production. The thesis describes design and implementation of SW and choice of HW, which installed in a mechanical construction. SW of the application is completely created in \mbox{LabVIEW} graphical programming language using NI libraries, while being able to comply and to be integrated into corporate SW framework for testing. Controlling part of the application is partially implemented on FPGA, which ensures appropriate counting and timing. The complete software was after proper testing period put to use on automated tester for visual control in industry.
