Abstract
The thesis is focused on selection and adaptation of employees in a chosen company. The aim the thesis is based on an analysis of existing processes of selection and adaptation of employees in the chosen company to develop proposals and recommendations, which would lead to a more efficient course of these processes. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and applied. The first part includes the methodology and methods of processing the thesis and the theoretical bases of the selection and adaptation of employees. The second part contains the characteristics of the company and analysis of these processes through interviews with personnel manager and questionnaire survey. In conclusion are given proposals and recommendations for improving the existing processe of selection and adaptation of employees in the chosen company.
