Abstract
My graduation thesis focuses on customer satisfaction. Satisfying customers’ needs effectively is vital to a company’s success. The aim of my work was to provide an analysis of the customers of Kamenolomy CZ Ltd and to determine their level of satisfaction. This was to show the company’s status in the market and its level of consumer awareness.
In the thesis I have explained the customer satisfaction issue and the principle of marketing research.
The thesis describes all phases of marketing research, i.e. preparation, actual implementation and the final evaluation of questionnaires. Based on an analysis of collected data, there are suggestions and measures on how to improve the quality of services provided at the end of the thesis.
