The theme of this thesis is Proposal of Strategy in Selected Business and Production Company. The theoretical part will present recent findings in the field of strategic management and strategic analysis. In the practical part will be analyzed the business environment and internal potential of the company. Based on the information strategy will be designed for different variants of the future development of the area.
