Optimalizace výroby přidavných svařovacích drátů z nízkolegované oceli

Abstract

Thesis deal with optimizing the production of wire rod for welding accessories in KDT in TZ a.s. Especially finding suitable temparature for final operation, which will lead to elimination surface defect and guaranted present mechanical gualities. We did torsion test of formability for steel 1329 on torsion plastometer SETARAM. Finding results were checked for three diferent temperature in KDT. Lower temperature than 900 °C leads to higher surface defect.
