Abstract
The goal of the bachelor work ,, Organization of Social Security Administration” is the organization of state administration in social security, focusing on personnel issues, or example the District Social Security Administration situated in Uherské Hradiště. The work was divided into 3 chapters. The first part addresses the problems of government and addressing staffing issues. The next chapter is focused on the tasks of the organization and the District Social Security Administration. The fourth chapter contains solutions to problems and comparison reports for staff training DSSA Uherske Hradiště, for the period 2007 – 2010.
