Abstract

VARHANÍČKOVÁ, Lenka. The Kindergarten in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. Ostrava, 2024. Diploma thesis, VSB – Technical university of Ostrava, Faculty of civil engineering, Department of building environment and building services. The subject of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the design and construction of a kindergarten building in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The project documentation is developed to the level required for construction execution. The work focuses on designing a kindergarten facility for 80 children. The building includes the necessary technical infrastructure and specially designed equipment for young children. This thesis includes the design of the building's structural components, encompassing spatial and structural solutions. It incorporates detailed drawings of foundations, floor plans, ceiling structures, vertical sections, roof views, and exterior elevations. Furthermore, the work addresses the design of sanitary-technical installations, including inner water supply, sewage systems, and utility connections. The proposal also includes a rainwater harvesting system and solar water heating.
