Analýza ubytovacích a stravovacích zařízení v Prostějově

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá ubytovacími a stravovacími službami v městě Prostějov. Práce se dělí na dvě části a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se vybraného tématu. Zdrojem informací pro tuto část je odborná literatura. Praktická část je věnována popisu zkoumaného území a přehledu ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb. Zdrojem informací v této části je použit internet. Dotazníkovým šetřením byly získány informace o spokojenosti návštěvníků hotelu Tennis Club***. V závěru práce je vypracována SWOT analýza dvou nejvíce navštěvovaných zařízení.

My bachelor’s thesis deals with the accommodation facilities and catering establishment in town of Prostejov. It is divided into two parts – practical and theoretical. In the theoretical part there are defined basic concepts which are concerned with mentioned theme. The main sources of information are taken from specialized literature. The practical part is devoted to description of surveyed area and summary of accommodation facilities and catering establishment. In this part there is used the internet as a source of information. By the help of questionnaire basic information about satisfaction of visitors of Hotel Tennis Club*** were received from visitors of hotel. In the end of thesis there is SWOT analyse of two most visited facilities.
