Abstract

The Bachelor thesis is concerned with quality planning, which is one of the quality management fields. Quality planning plays an important role in the final quality of products and processes, along with a number of methods and tools that are being used. Thesis describes current state of using quality planning methods in Ing. Vít Škrobánek – CARGO design company and its objective was to inform the company about the possibilities of using suitable methods, fitted to their conditions, during the design and development of products as well as during its process of realization. The thesis is mainly concerned with the FMEA method. The process of producing extensible frame on utility semi-trailer body was analyzed by this method. The goal of this analysis was to detect potential nonconformities in the producing process and to propose preventive actions which would lead to improvement of this realization process.
