Abstract

The objective of my thesis consisted in establishing a fictitious limited company, which will be competitive and finds application in the Czech market. I had to realize to what group of people I want to focus on and what exactly will be the subject of my work. The theoretical part deals mainly with the basic terms of general business. It contains detailed descriptions of individual types of companies and small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic. I concentrated on the proper completion of forms, essential for the establishment of a fictitious restaurant SushiMi, Ltd., whose main activity is the preparation and sale various combinations of Japanese food well known as sushi. An important step towards achieving my goal was also provided assembly business plan that shows the vision of my business. I empathized to the role of restaurant manager and the time devoted to business plan, I tried to maximize and deals with all relevant particulars, which could not be overlooked, to the smallest details. Especially financial statements I tried to portray as accurately as possible, that profit was a meaningful and achievable. I believe that the restaurant SushiMi, Ltd. would have in the actual realization a real chance to address a large proportion of the population in the location, be profitable and become a big threat to competition in neighborhood.
