Návrh řešení lokality Ostrava - Kunčičky – spojení sociálního a průmyslového brownfieldu

Abstract

Aim of the thesis was to come up with proposals for revitalization of industrial and social brownfields which can be found in area of city district of Ostrava – Kunčičky. The thesis includes brief description of the area, analysis of the location and current statue. Moreover it contains SWOT analysis and proposal separated into segments is an integral part. Segments focus on central part of Kunčičky, park M. Gorkého, worker’s settlement, social housing, community center and permeability of the landscape. The work is complemented by custom maps, and graphic designs that derive from the latest findings related to revitalization of brownfields.
