Zhodnocení systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the training and development of employees in a selected organization and the aim is to evaluate the current system of training and development of employees in the selected organization. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the importance of training and development is presented, the areas of employee training and development are given, and the systematic employee training and training methods are also described. Also in the theoretical part, the methodology and methods of this bachelor thesis are presented. The practical part is divided into a chapter where the characteristics of the selected organization are given and then a chapter where the current system of training and development of employees in the selected organization is discussed by studying the internal documents of the organization and then the system of training and development in the organization is evaluated based on a questionnaire survey. The last chapter is devoted to suggestions and recommendations that could help to improve the current system of training and development of employees in the organization. These suggestions and recommendations are proposed based on the results of the questionnaire survey.
