Abstract

This thesis deals to evaluating of the product strategy of the company. There are methods developed strategic analysis, including PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, value chain, analysis 7 S, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. BCG matrix and GEC matrix, some of the methods of portfolio analysis are assembled. The aim of this thesis is to perform strategic analysis, portfolio analysis and evaluate to current product strategy with suggestions for improvements that will lead to a more preferable position of the company and to better market position among its competitors.
