Abstract

The diploma thesis aims to analyze the system of remuneration and motivation of employees in the organization of the Social Services Centre X. The aim of the thesis is to assess the current state of the system of motivation, remuneration and employee benefits from the perspective of the employees of the organization. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical and methodological background related to the topic. In the second part, the characteristics and structure of the organization, the current remuneration system and the results of the questionnaire research on the remuneration and motivation system are presented. In the final part, recommendations are proposed to improve the current situation and increase employee satisfaction.
