Řízení chemického ohřevu během sekundárního zpracování oceli

Abstract

The PhD thesis is focused on simply stationary temperature prediction and mass balance model of chemical heating of steel in ladle during secondary steelmaking. According thermodynamic databases was computed heat of exothermic reactions during heating (mainly oxidation of aluminium, silicon, chromium, manganese and iron), endothermic heat of different type of addiction to the melt and thermal loses during heating was also calculated. Material balance of process of steel chemical heating, also allows prediction of slag chemical composition after heating.
