Stanovení hodnoty podniku pomocí vybraných metod

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is determination of the value of the company SEMO a. s. by means of selected methods. The thesis is dividend into two main parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of this thesis provides information about basic approaches to business valuation. The practical part provides information about company SEMO a. s., financial and strategic analysis, long-term financial plan, estimation of the cost of capital, bussines valuation and analysis of the sensitivity. The results are summarized and compared at the end of the practical part.
