Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze, by using the knowledge gained from practice and theory, a state of key employees at CarTec Group, Ltd. and to suggest improvements in this area, that relate to their retention. The diploma thesis consists of three parts. The first part defines the theoretical terms, whose knowledge is an essential part for analyzing a current situation of Key Employees Retention in a Selected Company, which is based on specialized literature. The second part deals with the introduction of the company, of its activities, business activities and human resource management. The third part is an analytical part, which analyses a satisfaction of key employees in the company, their perception of the company and an importance of groups of factors of engagement for them. This analyses was performed using a questionnaire with each key employee of analyzed company.
