Sociální bydlení v Třinci – varianta B

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to design social housing in the former kindergarten building in Třinec in Máchova street č.p 643rd. The design addresses the layout of stabling and parking lots and paved areas. Two variants will be worked out. The result of this work is the design layout of twelve flats with one to three rooms and house equipment. The newly proposed modifications to the dilapidated building, which no longer fulfill his duties, creates the necessary social housing, which lacks in this area.
