Majetková kriminalita u dětí a mladistvých.

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of property crime among children and juveniles, which has significant impacts on the future development of the individual as well as on society as a whole. The aim of the thesis is to specify the characteristics and possible causes of this type of crime in the given age group. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of key concepts, characteristic features of juvenile crime, etiology and phenomenology of crime, criminal legal framework and possibilities of prevention. The practical part includes quantitative research conducted by means of a questionnaire survey, which is supplemented by selected case studies. Finally, some comparative statistics on property crime among children and juveniles in the Czech Republic are presented.
