Posouzení finančního zdraví vybrané obchodní společnosti ve strojírenském průmyslu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je posouzení finančního zdraví vybrané společnosti ze strojírenského průmyslu. Analýza společnosti byla zpracována za období od 01.04.15 do 30.03.2020. Práce je rozdělená na 5 kapitol. První kapitola je věnována úvodu. Kapitola druhá je zaměřena na popis a charakteristiku finanční analýz a použitých postupů. Ve třetí kapitole je popsána společnost a provedena vertikální a horizontální analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisku ztrát. Ve čtvrté kapitole je provedena analýza poměrových ukazatelů, bonitního a bankrotního modelu a pyramidového rozkladu. V závěru čtvrté kapitoly je uvedeno zhodnocení výsledků analýzy společnosti. Poslední kapitola je závěrem práce.

The aim of this thesis is the assessment of the financial health of the selected company from the engineering industry. The analysis focuses on the period from 01.04.15 to 30.03.2020. The bachelor thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the introduction. The second chapter is focused on the description and characteristics of the financial analysis and procedures which are used in this part. The third chapter describes the company and vertical and horizontal analysis are used here to analyse the balance sheet and the income statement. In the fourth chapter the ratio analysis, financial health models, bankruptcy prediction models and pyramidal decomposition are introduced. The evaluation of the results is given at the end of the fourth chapter. The last chapter is the final part of the thesis which deals with the overall summary of this work.
