Vliv vysokopecní granulované strusky na vývoj vlastností cementového betonu

Abstract

Increasing demand for construction materials and decreasing amount of raw resources causes price rises of materials. The environment is already significantly damaged by industrial production. Hence the world industry is currently more inclined to the possibilities which are offered by secondary materials from industry. Cement production is very energetically expensive and burden on the environment. This work is focused on utilization of blast furnace slag as binder in concrete. Partial replacement of cement with blast furnace slag decreases the cost. Reduction of cement production leads to improvement of living environment each of us. The results of this work should show a positive effect of addition of blast furnace slag on resistance properties of concrete.
