Abstract
The Bachelor thesis is aimed to solve web based publication of epidemiologic GIS data. The data are published through ArcGIS for Server through map service created within it’s interface. ArcGIS for Desktop 10 was software used to design the layers. Databases Dojo and AGS JS helped to add functions for user to make absolute use of the application and it‘s data. The web pages are designed with use of HTML, PHP and CSS style.
