Substráty a jejich využití v bioplynových stanicích

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the biogas plants and intensification of the biogas production process. The theoretical part is written on the subject of research of the biogas plants in CR and in selected countries of EU. Furthermore, this work examines the process of anaerobic digestion (fermentation) and the factors influencing this process, such as microorganisms, temperature, pH, nutrients and inhibitors. There are also the properties and potential use of biogas. The practical part is focused on the intensification of the biogas production process, which is among others influenced by the pre adjustment of raw materials. The biotechnological method using anaerobic fungi is used in this thesis. For the experimental purposes was used the rumen culture of big ruminants - Anaeromyces mucronatus.
