Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of financial situation and performance of the JOAMAR, s.r.o. The company is analyzed in 2012-2016. The analysis is based on the company's annual reports. In the theoretical part are described individual aspects of financial analysis, history, users, sources of input data and indicators. There is also described the subject of the company's life cycle - specifically the dissolution of the company. The practical part is focused on the application of methods and indicators of financial analysis for the selected company's financial reports. The absolute and proportional indicators are used in the thesis. Comprehensive evaluation indices provide complex evaluation of the company. The end of bachelor thesis is focused on the summary and recommendation for improvement of the financial situation.
