Realizace modelu metapopulace založeného na IFM v prostřední ArcGIS

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to create a tool for prediction of metapopulation development, for better protection of them and their habitats. Then, to implement this tool into the ArcGIS software. As a means of metapopulation modelling, the method known as IFM was chosen. The theoretical part describes basic terms, offers other ways of metapopulation modelling and closely describes the IFM theory. Practical part is dedicated to inner processes of the created tool, entitled IORAS, and other gadgets, designed to ease the preparation of data.
