Abstract
This work focuses on the marketing research and the services analysis issues. Marketing importance is analyzed here as such, as well as its subsequent structuring. Elaborated process of marketing research is present in this work. The company characteristics, its line of business and customer choice are also a part of work. Analysis of services provided is shown in tables for better clarity. Last but not least, the marketing research using questionnaire is implemented here and SWOT analysis. The aim is to analyze services and suggest measures to improve the situation.
