Finanční analýza podniku RAI MOST s.r.o.

Abstract

Diplomová práce je věnována zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti konkrétního podniku prostřednictvím vybraných metod finanční analýzy. Teoretická část je zaměřena na uvedení do problematiky finanční analýzy a aplikace na podmínky vybrané společnosti. V praktické části následuje po stručné charakteristice firmy RAI MOST s.r.o. finanční analýza firmy v období 2008-2011, která vychází z podkladů finančního účetnictví. Při zpracování byly využity absolutní, rozdílové, poměrové ukazatele a jejich soustavy. Závěr je věnován navržení možných opravných opatření.

The thesis is devoted to the evaluation of economic efficiency of a particular company through selected methods of financial analysis. The theoretical part is focused on putting in financial analysis and application to the conditions of the main methods, including analysis of individual indicators. In the practical part follows a brief description of the company RAI MOST Ltd. Financial analysis of companies in the period 2008 – 2011, based on financial statements documents. When processing parameters were used: absolute, differential, and the ratios of their system. The most commonly used are the ratios, which include measures of liquidity, profitability, leverage and activity. Calculated values of individual parameters are compared and evaluated over time. An integral part of the analysis is performed based on established values and their interpretation. The conclusion is devoted to proposing possible corrective measures.
