Geometrický plán pro opravu geometrického a polohového určení nemovitosti v k.ú. Zdechovice

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je vyhotovení geometrického plánu pro opravu geometrického a polohového určení nemovitosti v katastrálním území Zdechovice. Později rozšířené o geometrický plán na průběh vlastníky zpřesnění hranice pozemku. První část práce je teoretická a zabývá se aktuálně platnými předpisy v oblasti katastru nemovitostí a zeměměřictví, katastrální mapou, kvalitou podrobných bodů a způsoby určení výměr. Následuje část praktická, v níž jsou popsány přípravné práce, rekognoskace, měřické práce v terénu a seznámení vlastníků s průběhem hranic v terénu. V další části je krátce popsán pracování postup tvorby geometrického plánu a záznamu podrobného měření změn v programech Geus a Geometr. Následuje popis částí ZPMZ a GP na praktických ukázkách.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a survey sketch for correcting the geometric and positional determination of real estate in the cadastral area of Zdechovice. Later expanded by a survey sketch for the progress of the owners to refine the land boundary. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and deals with currently valid regulations in the field of real estate cadastre and land surveying, cadastral maps, quality of detailed points and methods of determining area. This is followed by the practical part, where the preparatory work, reconnaissance, measurement work in the field and familiarisation of the owners with the course of the boundaries in the field are described. In the next part, the working procedure of creating a survey sketch and recording of detailed measurements of changes in Geus and Geometr is briefly described. The following is a description of parts of the ZPMZ and the GP on practical examples.
