Abstract

Kateřina Stejskalová, Ph.D. The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the development of a project for the construction of a new apartment building in the town of Markvartovice. The bachelor's thesis includes project documentation at the stage for building construction according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. on construction documentation [1], including a prepared study. The thermal technical assessment of the roof according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) [9] and the structural calculation of the reinforced concrete floor slab are also included in the thesis. The subject of the project documentation is the new construction of an apartment building, which is designed as a non-basement building with three above-ground floors and eleven residential units. On the first floor, there is one apartment unit with barrier-free access for people with disabilities or with reduced mobility. The perimeter walls are made from the masonry system Porotherm [12] with facade polystyrene insulation. The roof of the apartment building is designed as a flat vegetated roof.
