Problematika monitorování vitálních funkcí u MR vyšetření

Abstract

Monitoring of patient vital signs during the magnetic resonance MR investigation is crucial mainly for serious traumatic cases. However, MR machine is also an important source of electromagnetic interference. The Master Thesis is dealing with description and measurement of this interference ascribed to fast switching of gradient magnetic fields of problematic sequences DYN-kt-BTFE and DWI. Afterwards, the precautions for minimalization of MR influence are proposed, and in programming environment Matlab the functions for post processing corrections of defective ECG recordings are developed.
