Outsourcing technické údržby v závodě HP-Pelzer k.s. v Žatci

Abstract

The subject matter of my bachelor thesis “Outsourcing of the maintenance in the factory HP-Pelzer in Žatec” is an analysis of the influence of maintenance outsourcing on the economic results of the factory. The first part (theoretical) deals with defining the notion “outsourcing” and introducing the reasons for using outsourcing in companies, advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing and its connection with the ability of the company to compete at the market. In the second part (practical) I deal with outsourcing in a particular company. I present and analyse activities which are carried out in the form of outsourcing, and on the basis of the analysis results I suggest further process of the outsourcing application. In the third part I summarize the facts and information from the above parts and then I will draw a conclusion.
