Tolling – alternativní způsob financování pracovního kapitálu

Abstract

In my dissertation work I depict theoretical solutions of problematic of enterprises in financial troubles, where these, for financing their needs of working capital, need to seek alternative resources. One of possibilities for alternative financing of working capital is the Tolling method. This method is nowadays used in the Czech Republic by small and middle size firms, especially in civil and engineering sphere. It is the very small and middle size firms, which are susceptible to crisis situations in the field of financial stream, the Tolling method can be an effective tool for solving these problems. In the following part I analyze, at chosen companies, causes for financial crisis rise and procedure for its solving by means of the Tolling method. I come up with possible risks connected to introduction of this method and I state recommendations, which I suggest for this company. In the final chapter I will try to summarize my knowledge and discoveries.
