Posouzení finanční situace vybrané společnosti s ručením omezeným

Abstract

Finanční analýza je pro management každé společnosti důležitým nástrojem finančního řízení. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace vybrané společnosti za sledované období 2015-2020 s použitím vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. V druhé kapitole jsou zpracována teoretická východiska finanční analýzy. Ve třetí kapitole je stručně charakterizována vybraná společnost a je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty. Ve čtvrté kapitole je pomocí poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy zhodnocena finanční situace společnosti a na základě zjištěných hodnot ukazatelů jsou učiněny závěry o finanční situaci společnosti.

Financial analysis is an important tool of financial management for the management of every company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of a selected company for the period 2015-2020 using selected indicators of financial analysis. The second chapter deals with the theoretical basis of financial analysis. The third chapter briefly characterizes the selected company and performs a horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and profit and loss statement. In the fourth chapter, the financial situation of the company is evaluated using ratio indicators of financial analysis and conclusions about the financial situation of the company are made on the basis of the determined values of indicators.
