Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of electronic elections. The aim of the work was to evaluate the possibilities of electronic elections in the Czech Republic on the example of Estonia. The work is divided into theoretical, theoretical-practical and practical part. In the theoretical part we deal with elections and electoral systems. The theoretical and practical part deals with the electronic services in the Czech Republic and electronic elections in Estonia. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the possibility of electronic elections. We monitored selected indicators in both countries. The evaluation period is set from 2014 to 2020. The conclusion contains the results of analyzes, evaluations and recommendations for the Czech Republic in the introduction of electronic elections.
