Porovnání dobrovolných hasičských jednotek ČR a Rakouska

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vzájemným posouzením stavu dobrovolných jednotek požární ochrany dvou sousedících států a to v České republice v okrese Znojmo a v Dolnorakouském okrese Hollabrunn. Posuzuji jednotky v závislosti na požárních zákonech obou republik. Hodnotím stáří a vybavenost mobilní požární techniky. Porovnávám zde činnost jednotek v návaznosti na statistické sledování výjezdů. Popisuji ochranné prostředky sloužící u těchto jednotek požární ochrany. V závěru hodnotím stav obou nastavených systémů, k připravenosti na ochranu osob, zvířat a majetku ve svých regionech.

This thesis deals with the mutual assessment of the status of the voluntary fire protection units of two neighboring States in the Czech Republic in the Znojmo district, and the District of Hollabrunn in lower Austria. Judge fire units, depending on the laws of both republics. I rate old age and used mobile fire-fighting techniques. Comparing activity units here in the wake of statistical monitoring. I describe the protective equipment used for these drives, fire protection. In the end I evaluate the status of both preparedness systems that were set up for the protection of persons, animals and property in their regions.
