Abstract

The aim of this master’s thesis is an analysis of an engine control system’s application software EDC. Included in the project is a design and practical realization of a laboratory model using Bosch EDC15 control unit. In the introduction, an analysis of all EDC generations is performed, followed by an analysis of specific application software. The next chapter concerns with editing/optimalization of Electronic Control Unit data and experimental verification of results. The conclusion includes a description of the design and realization of the laboratory model, followed by a description of creating a laboratory project for future use in the class of Automotive Electronics II.
