Strategická analýza podniku

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to apply analytical methods for analyzing and evaluating company activity of Stavby COMPLET s.r.o. from inside and outside point of view.

Thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is going to introduce us with basic concepts and ideas used in bachelor thesis – analysis, strategy, strategy analysis, methodics, i.e. PESTE, Porter’s Five Forces Model, SWOT analysis, financial analysis.

Practical part is focused on application of SWOT analysis which is main analytical method for evaluating company situation. We are going to use knowledge and obtained information, i.e. company history, subject of company, goals, vision, company location, human resources, environment, and promotion.

Afterwards there are areas of possible development and company recommendations available from financial and feasible aspect proposed.

I used logic sequence and single steps sequence during writing both parts of thesis.
