Diagnostika testovacích sond na testerech Venturi

Abstract

In this thesis I resole program of diagnostic test’s probe for testers Venturi. The base diagnostics measure resistance between probes and unit under test. First part I write about theory measure resistance and particular measure methods. In second part is described hardware of testers Venturi and make particular methods in these testers. Last part is about software TestExec SL and diagnostic algorithms.
